The way our policy works is to be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may also be required to provide proof of defective items prior to returning such as sending pictures via email.

If your item is not defective and you just want to return the item(s) then you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days.

As previous mentioned above, regarding clothing, all of all items are made to order and are therefore those items do not qualify and are therefore non-returnable unless there is a defect.

If you purchase any clothing item that is deemed defective, then those items will be replaced with the identical item in the exact same size. No exceptions will be made.
